1-1 Tuition

We offer 1-1 tuition in Clapham to a wide range of business and professional people who are living and working in London.  

Some of the courses are intensive, for example as a lead-in to someone moving to a new company or a new position – in these cases we often focus on the areas most relevant to starting employment, such as induction and training.  

More typically, though, the courses are extensive, where we meet the client for one or two sessions a week over several months.  The work we do varies enormously – from general business skills such as telephoning, email and report-writing, to very specific areas, such as helping our clients with language issues in re-training.  We have, for example, worked with two lawyers, who qualified in the Czech Republic and France, and who had to undertake transfer courses before they could practise in this country.

We also work with partners of people seconded to this country who are not working themselves, and who want to make sure their English does not fall behind that of their husbands or wives who are exposed to English on a daily basis!
